Community-Based Crime Prevention

The Alliance was designed and led by FundaUngo (El Salvador) and The University of Ibadan (Nigeria) based on established research, and on new comparative research that the two research centres have undertaken

The Learning Alliance examined different types of Community Based Crime Prevention practices, assessing when they were more likely to be effective, and what this meant for supporting CBCP approaches.

This Learning Alliance Learning Alliance ran during 2016 and it is now closed to new members. Existing members can continue to log in for networking purposes.

Highlights from the Learning Alliance, summarising the learning phase, exchanges and conclusions, can be read here. As well as the report of the Study Tour to El Salvador in October 2016
