Oil and Gas Local Content

The Alliance was designed and led by Grupo Faro and ACODE based on established research, and on new comparative research that the two research centres have undertaken

This Alliance examined policies aimed at boosting the benefits from the oil and gas sector through Local Content. Comparing the cases of oil and gas rich countries from across Latin America and Africa, it analyses the dimensions of, and outcomes from, Local Content policies, and the variables that influence the likely success of such policies.

This Learning Alliance Learning Alliance ran during 2016 and it is now closed to new members. Existing members can continue to log in for networking purposes.
